Refunds
- A job that fails is retried automatically, up to 3 attempts in total. If it still fails, or the worker stops responding on the last attempt, the credits are refunded automatically. You will see the refund in your credit history.
- Rejecting an asset in review does not refund it: the job ran and produced a result. Treat rejection as part of the cost of steering the style.
- Unused credits are otherwise not refundable. See the Terms.
What 200 credits buys
Some ways to spend the sign-up grant:
- A style sheet plus about 19 props or pieces of equipment.
- A style sheet plus about 48 building pieces: several materials’ worth of walls, floors and roofs.
- A balanced starter kit: style sheet (5), 10 building pieces (40), 8 props (80), 2 textures (10) and 2 characters (50), for 185 credits.
Keep in mind that after 15 approvals a style training run (40 credits) is queued automatically. If your balance is too low it is skipped, and you can start it later. See Style memory.
Plans
| Plan | Price | Credits | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 200 credits on sign-up | Style sheet + 15 props or ~40 building pieces; Engine packages for Unity, Unreal, Godot; Commercial use of what you generate; Top up any time with credit packs |
| Creator | $15/mo | 1,000 credits every month | Style LoRA retraining; Credit packs on top when you need them; Cancel any time; credits you have stay |
| Studio | $49/mo | 4,000 credits every month | Everything in Creator; Priority in the GPU queue; Bulk planner runs |
Plans renew monthly and add their credits on each paid invoice. Credit packs (500 for $9, 1,500 for $24, 5,000 for $69) are one-time top-ups that never expire. Buy and manage both from Billing in the app; payments run through Stripe Checkout, and the Stripe customer portal handles plan changes, cancellation, cards and invoices. Cancelling keeps every credit you already have. Studio jobs get priority in the GPU queue.
Tips for spending less
- Get the style sheet right before generating in bulk. Rejections cost the same as approvals.
- Building pieces are the cheapest way to fill a scene. Use 2u variants to cover long runs.
- One good tileable texture can serve many pieces; reuse material names.
- Review the planner’s list before queueing and deselect anything you will not use.
